1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published on 33bmm.vip:
"33bmm" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 33bmm.vip, including all its games, services, features, and associated infrastructure.
"Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on 33bmm and accesses any service offered on the Platform.
"Account" — the personal user account created upon successful registration on 33bmm.vip, linked to the Player's registered identity and financial details.
"Wallet" — the digital balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱), used to fund gameplay and receive winnings.
"Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or equivalent non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion or welcome offer.
"Real Money Funds" — deposits made by a Player via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
"Terms" — these Terms & Conditions as published and amended from time to time on 33bmm.vip/terms-conditions.
"PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines under Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by 33bmm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
Your continued use of the 33bmm Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure via customer support.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33bmm. You should retain a copy of these Terms for your records. Access to the Platform is conditional on full compliance with all provisions set out herein.
3 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on 33bmm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR compliance standards.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs may not register as Players.
- You must be accessing and using 33bmm for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme administered by 33bmm or any PAGCOR-recognised responsible gaming programme.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any of the foregoing associated with 33bmm or its affiliated entities.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
33bmm reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds where permitted by applicable law.
4 Account Registration and Verification
4.1 Registration Process
Each Player may register only one (1) Account on 33bmm. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. The use of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes fraud and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
33bmm operates mandatory KYC procedures in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR compliance frameworks. You may be required to submit identity documents including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds declarations at registration, upon reaching financial thresholds, or at any point at 33bmm's discretion.
Withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds will be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 33bmm is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory verification.
4.3 Account Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any change to your registered details — including mobile number, email address, or payment method — must be updated promptly via your Account settings or by contacting customer support. 33bmm reserves the right to verify updated information before activating changes.
5 Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33bmm login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 33bmm will never request your password through any communication channel, including customer support, email, or live chat.
In the event of any suspected or confirmed unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 33bmm immediately via the customer support channels available on the Platform. 33bmm will not be held liable for losses incurred prior to receipt of such notification.
All sessions on 33bmm are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Brute-force login attempt protections are active on all accounts. We strongly recommend using a unique password not shared with any other service, particularly your GCash or online banking accounts.
33bmm reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to an Account where unusual activity, potential security compromise, or unusual login patterns are detected. Such suspensions are protective measures and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by 33bmm.
6 Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
33bmm accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in your Account dashboard from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 33bmm Wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard Philippine interbank processing times. 33bmm is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests that meet all applicable conditions — including KYC verification and wagering requirement satisfaction — are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard business hours for bank transfers.
33bmm reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a fraud investigation is ongoing; (c) the wagering conditions attached to Bonus Funds have not been satisfied; or (d) a withdrawal request appears inconsistent with the Player's pattern of play or deposit history.
6.3 Currency
All transactions on 33bmm are denominated in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion fee is applied by 33bmm. Any conversion costs imposed by your payment provider are outside 33bmm's control and are the Player's responsibility.
7 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers available on 33bmm are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of activation, within the Promotions section of your Account dashboard, and on the applicable promotion landing page. These Terms constitute the general framework; promotion-specific terms take precedence where they differ.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20× the bonus amount), eligible game categories, and expiry period are specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirement completion.
Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are held as separate balances within your Wallet. Real Money Funds are used first in all gameplay; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter. Where a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds are active, the Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings may be forfeited unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
33bmm actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance play designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation, and irregular betting patterns that suggest automated play. Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds voided and may be subject to account review and suspension.
Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment play. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without prior notice.
8 Gameplay Rules and Technical Integrity
8.1 Certified Random Number Generation
All non-live games on 33bmm utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes in slot games, virtual table games, and other non-live products are statistically independent — no game has memory of prior results, and no Player holds a systematic advantage or disadvantage arising from platform configuration.
8.2 Live Casino
Live casino games are conducted by professional human dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, 33bmm will apply fair resolution procedures. Bets confirmed prior to any interruption are binding; bets in progress at the point of interruption are subject to 33bmm's discretionary resolution, which shall be final.
8.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a manifest error, technical fault, or software malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, credit of an erroneous winning, or display of inaccurate odds, 33bmm reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to the Players' Wallets. Payouts arising from manifest errors are not honoured. 33bmm's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final and binding.
8.4 Connection Responsibility
Players are responsible for maintaining their own internet connection. 33bmm is not responsible for losses, interrupted gameplay, or timed-out sessions arising from the Player's network failure, device malfunction, or power interruption. Bets confirmed by 33bmm's servers prior to any disconnection are binding regardless of whether the Player received confirmation on their device.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33bmm and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
- Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in evading the single-account restriction;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI-assisted tool to play games, submit bets, or interact with the Platform in any way;
- Engaging in collusion with other Players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated e-sabong wagering patterns intended to guarantee outcomes;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to 33bmm immediately and must not be repeated;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160) and its amendments;
- Accessing 33bmm using a VPN, proxy service, or any technology designed to obscure your true geographic location or identity;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 33bmm employee, customer support representative, or other Player through any communication channel;
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or availability of the 33bmm Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, permanent ban from the Platform, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is involved.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the 33bmm Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface designs, and audio — is the proprietary property of 33bmm or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any 33bmm trademark, logo, or branding without express prior written consent.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 33bmm's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
33bmm shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect losses, consequential losses, or any other economic losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform; errors or inaccuracies in game content or promotional materials that do not constitute manifest errors affecting financial outcomes; or interruptions to service arising from Force Majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, government intervention, infrastructure failure, or cyberattacks.
Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes 33bmm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12 Account Suspension and Termination
12.1 Termination by 33bmm
33bmm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct is suspected; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires account action; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the Account may be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the most recent qualifying payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to 33bmm.
12.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33bmm customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the Player subject to applicable verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
12.3 Dormant Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 33bmm will notify the Player via their registered contact details before any dormancy action is taken. Administrative fees applicable to dormant accounts, if any, will be disclosed in the notification. Real Money Funds are preserved and remain accessible upon successful re-authentication.
13 Responsible Gaming
33bmm is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling across all game categories available on the Platform — including live casino, slots, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and fishing games. Gambling at 33bmm is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a method of addressing financial hardship.
All Players must be aged 21 years or above as required by PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be required again at higher financial thresholds.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 33bmm Players and are accessible directly from the Account dashboard without requiring contact with customer support:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
- Session Time Limits: Automatic session expiry reminders and hard limits;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restriction for a Player-defined period;
- Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month voluntary exclusion from all 33bmm services.
Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed before the minimum period elapses. 14 Privacy and Data Protection
33bmm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 33bmm.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
By registering on 33bmm, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for purposes including account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of Platform services. You retain all rights afforded to data subjects under RA 10173, including the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
33bmm will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, payment processors, and other service providers strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with Philippine law.
15 Amendments to These Terms
33bmm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via notification to their registered email address or mobile number, and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by regulatory directive.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 33bmm Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 33bmm's customer support team as the first step in any dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of its first notification, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or account transactions, 33bmm's internal review process must be exhausted before any external dispute mechanism is engaged. All internal disputes will receive a written resolution within fourteen (14) business days of submission.
